You're a non-technical founder with a real problem, real users, and no product. I'm the AI-native engineer who turns your idea into a working web app you can demo to customers and investors this month.
Who I Am
I'm Rayan Pal – CS grad, AI engineer, and high-velocity builder. I use frontier models (OpenAI + Anthropic) as a force multiplier, not a crutch.
I've built full-stack apps end-to-end with AI as my dev team. I also run a multi-model collision lab (OpenAI vs Anthropic) to study model behavior, so I understand LLM-powered products deeply.
I sit at the bridge between non-technical and technical founders: I can talk user, business, and architecture in a single conversation.
Is This For You?
How It Works
Fill out the form below with your problem, users, and must-have features. Attach any docs, screenshots, or notes.
I translate your idea into a concrete feature set and architecture that can be shipped fast and extended later.
You receive a structured breakdown of feasibility, suggested v1 scope, timeline, and pricing tier. If we're a fit, you'll also get my calendar link.
We do a short call, lock the scope, you pay upfront, and I ship an actual product you can show customers and investors.
Pricing & Timelines
For simple tools without heavy external APIs.
For apps with Stripe, email, and basic integrations.
For complex automations, multi-agent AI, or heavy external APIs.
Exact pricing is finalized after we review your intake and talk through scope. We agree on scope and price before I write any code.

FAQ
Sometimes, if everything aligns perfectly – mission, chemistry, equity. But usually I'm the "MVP strike engineer": I build your v1, hand it off clean, and you take it from there. Optional retainer if you want me to keep building.
Boring, modern, easy-to-hire-for: TypeScript, Next.js, React, Node, Postgres, Prisma. Sometimes Python for AI-heavy stuff. Nothing exotic – the goal is a product future engineers can maintain.
That's fine. Part of the Founder Diagnostic is helping you scope a realistic v0.5 or v1. If you're too early, I'll tell you – no hard feelings.
No. There must be cash upfront. I'll sometimes take reduced cash + equity for the right opportunity, but "equity only" means I'm taking all the risk while you take none. That's not how this works.
